The City of Tshwane is offering an Apprenticeship Programme for 2025, providing opportunities in various trades. The available positions and their reference numbers are as follows:

  • Electrical: 30 positions (Ref: TLMA-E-2025)
  • Welding: 15 positions (Ref: TLMA-W-2025)
  • Vehicle Mechanics: 30 positions (Ref: TLMA-V-2025)
  • Boilermaking: 15 positions (Ref: TLMA-B-2025)
  • Plumbing: 15 positions (Ref: TLMA-P-2025)
  • Fitting and Turning: 15 positions (Ref: TLMA-F-2025)

Stipend: R2,792.44 per month

Requirements:

  • Technical Matric, NCV Level 4, or N2 certificate with Mathematics, Science, and relevant trade theory.
  • A genuine interest in becoming an artisan, demonstrated through dedication and enthusiasm.

No documents are required at this stage; qualification proofs will be requested later.

Important Notes:

  • Applicants with existing trade certificates in these fields are not eligible.
  • Fraudulent applications will result in immediate disqualification.
